DESCRIPTION
Multi-needles chain stitch quilting machine with bottom/upper thread breakage detection function. Infrared sensor detects thread breakage, then automatically stops, lift the needles and CNC control speed. For precise quilting, Japan Panasonic servo motors are used. Automatic cut and loose thread with air cylinder when quilting and tack and jump patterns. Strengthened double rocket system, rigid and durable, makes sure machine running more quietly at high speed.
