Automatic machine for binding of quilts with round corners Material forward through motorized belt with variable speed synchronous with the seam. Piece rotation through a motorized arm which grants a curve radius constant for all four corners. BA2000 system to automatically insert the ribbon at the starting cycle and finish the process without operator intervention.
Excellent finishing of the piece with folding inside of cut ribbon. Possibility to control two or three machines at the same time, thanks to the simplified piece loading system. Simplicity of use, programming by touch-screen, and automatic recognition of the piece measures. Automatic control of thread breakage, tape presence etc ..., with immediate warning alarms.
