DESCRIPTION
Device for insertion and cut of bind in automatic. It reduces the binding time tanks to a special system which allows the operator to make the superposition phase with only 2 seconds Stop for lace cutting. At the end of the piece binding, the machine inserts automatically the lace for the next binding.
Lace folding inside the binding during superposition cycle grants an high quality of final product. Possibility to install it on different sewing heads, for example: Durkopp 867 for lockstitch sewing Pegasus EXT3216H for chainstitch sewing (modified by RIMAC in order to improve the performance on high thickness material). This device is perfect for the binding of Carpets, quilts, cushions, bath carpets etc…
