DESCRIPTION
Mec-Val CS 87 P is a two threads lockstitch sewing machine with little horn for shoes and ankle boots with opanka (box) soles.
High output rotary hook action stitching to sew up to 10 pairs of shoes without changing the bobbin. Double feeding: foot and needle ensure a constant length of the stitch. The floating horn supports the hook, and has a special profile to make sewing around the toe and heel areas easy, even on closed ankle boots. Programmable electronic motor. Pneumatic lifting of the foot. The machine is very easily to be used by female operators. The machine is supplied with little horn type "P" to stitch shoes from size 15/16. Automatic thread cutting device which increases the production capacity of our machine by a minimum of 10 pairs per hour and at the same time reduces thread consumption. Possibility to change the horn with horn 87 or horn 87 SPP.
