DESCRIPTION
Mec-Val CS 96 is a two threads lockstitch sewing machine to stitch the bottom with the hook inside the shoe.
Machine thought to stitch the bottom of the shoes in an innovative way: the technology of the floating horn and of the hook inside the shoe allows evident benefits. Double feeding: foot and needle ensure a constant length of the stitch. The machine doesn't need hook-needles but needles with eye, which let to pass the stitching again without tearing or cutting the thread. It's possible to begin and finish the stitching close to the heel on pre-trimmed soles. The machine is very easy to be used by female operators Increase in productivity. Improvement in quality of stitching. Programmable electronic motor. Possibility to change the horn with horn 93 I or horn 93I 93 S.
