DESCRIPTION
VULCAN 3000-E2A hot-air tape automatic welding machine with differentiated axes have a 7,5″ touch screen panel and is design for making water proof welding on all the clothing made with water repellent industrial fabrics like SIMPATEX, NEOPRENE, PVC and others. It can thermally weld any type of thermo-welding tape, making it ideal for cloth and shoes industries.
The VULCAN 3000-E2A is made according to the most recent EUROPEAN Standard. It is equipped with tape counter, ethernet assistance, save and load of customized programs and an electronic control system (PLC) that controls the most important passive safety features allowing further upgrade in case of future additional requirements. The machine is also equipped with a pneumatic tape cutter, a temporised tape feeding systems and an electronic temperature control regulator with digital display to allow the monitoring of the working temperature. Fabric transport is provided by two rollers which speed and pressure are controlled by the touch screen panel and can be adjusted to cope with all different fabric type and thickness. The standard arm is 26 mm and it’s interchangeable.
