DIGITALIZATION
Patterns can be inserted manually as usual or automatically by a scanner, even piece by piece.

All technical operations that manually are very complex, become very simple and automatic using NAXOS.
GRADING
The functions of grading in sizes, solve any need of restriction or local modification. The parametric structure guarantees the perfect job even to the less experienced operator.
PERIPHERALS
The CAM functions simulate and create the cutting path for the CNC peripherals. It is possible to make optimized arrangements on different types of materials (skins, synthetics, cardboard, etc…).
CONSUMPTIONS
It has never been so easy to establish the material consumption. The materials are fixed graphically, and the correct consumption of leather and textile can be calculated constantly assisted by the software.
TECHNICAL CARDS
Are graphic and completely parametric. A visual editor allows everybody to create and change the technical card according to the taste and the needs of the firm.
BILL OF MATERIALS
Besides the materials, NAXOS also manages the processing and the components of costs. The components list comes in three dimensions (article, size and colour). The complete integration with Windows (MS Excel, MS Access) and with platforms as AS/400, Unix with database Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, allows to have the bill of materials integrated in the management systems in real time.
IMPORT - EXPORT
Import - Export files: XLS, BMP, JPEG, DXF/DWG, IGES. Support of the protocol - interfaces: ODBC, OLE, COM. Fully compatible with the Microsoft Office applications.
CAM SEWING
Simulation and generation of the tool path for the most spread CAM peripherals, and working time optimizing (Only for TESEO systems). Generation of stitching path for automatic stitching machines such as Brother, Mitsubishi, Orisol and compatible RS274.
3D
The digitalization is rapid and allows to see directly on the screen what you are doing. Heels and lasts can be imported from IGES or DXF files.
LASER
The new laser digitizer allows to acquire a perfect last in 20 minutes time only.
NESSO
NESSO is a tool created by TESEO for the remote internet support for cutting systems. SECURE: the encrypted connection is FIREWALL and PROXI SERVER compatible.
INTERNET SERVICE
The technical support for Naxos users is composed of more than 20 computer professionals and technicians of the sector with many years of experience. They are available by telephone or using internet for the remote support.
TRAINING
The training course is personalized in language. The training course is held by specialized staff, in three different levels, and in equipped classrooms, available inside TESEO branches.
