DESCRIPTION
TESEO’s cutting systems for big leathers are provided with the only system now available which consider operator’s ergonomics. The EOS is provided with 3 cutting heads with 8 tools specific for leather and cardboard. The G8 is composed by double vibrating knife. Electro spindle, pneumatic knife and rotating dies.
The suction surface is divided into 480 indipendent and dynamic sectors. Dynamic means they are controlled by the software which recognises the shape of the material and the cutting head position. The system, automatically opens sectors underneath the area where the material is placed. This is a patented Teseo technlogy which centers the suction only for areas where it is really required provideng more effectiveness and speed. It is smart as it opens only involved sectors so it needs a smaller pump. This means an power saving by 40% compared with other solutions.
