DESCRIPTION
Cutter UNICUT 3C50 is an attractive solution for business of diversified production volumes, where the manufacturing process requires cutting of various amounts of layers and various types of materials. It cuts in three modes of operation: Multi layer, Single layer (low and single ply) and Wadding cutting. Thanks to it, the Cutter can replace three machines!
Multilayer offers quick and accurate cutting of many layers of fabrics (cutting height of 50 mm after compression), without need to apply safety buffers around the elements what enables more efficient use of raw materials by reduction of fabric marker length. Single layer has increased durability of working area (Nylon Brush System), eliminating the need for costly and frequent replacement of transmission belt. HSC (HIGH SPEED CUT), an increased speed of knife oscillation improves the cutting speed and quality. In Wadding (ovata) type material cutting mode the maintenance of vacuum turbine is eliminated to zero including no need for costly replacement of filters (CLEAN FLOW system). Additionally, special vacuum driving system eliminates the effect of fabric decompression during cutting and transport.
